以太空蝴蝶兰种子为试材,研究了不同培养基、不同NAA浓度及有机添加物对太空蝴蝶兰壮苗生根的影响。结果表明:基本培养基以1/2MS培养基最为适宜,生根率达98.9%,苗株较强壮。在1/2MS培养基中加入1.0mg/L NAA时生根效果较好,生根率达100%,且苗株强壮。香蕉泥和椰子汁对太空蝴蝶兰生根及生长具有明显促进作用。因此,确定太空蝴蝶兰最佳壮苗生根培养基为:1/2MS+NAA 1.0mg/L+香蕉泥30g/L+椰子汁100mL/L+蔗糖20g/L+活性炭1g/L+琼脂6g/L。
Using space phalaenopsis seeds as test material, the effects of different media, different concentrations of NAA and organic additives on the rooting of space moth orchid seedlings were studied. The results showed that basal medium was most suitable for 1 / 2MS medium with the rooting rate of 98.9%, and the seedling was stronger. The rooting effect was better when 1.0mg / L NAA was added to 1/2 MS medium, the rooting rate was 100%, and the seedling was strong. Banana puree and coconut juice on the space Phalaenopsis rooting and growth has a significant role in promoting. Therefore, the best rooting culture medium of Phalaenopsis is 1 / 2MS + NAA 1.0mg / L + banana puree 30g / L + coconut milk 100mL / L + sucrose 20g / L + activated carbon 1g / L + agar 6g / L.
