The authors succeeded in transplanting Burkiff lymphoma Namalva cell line with 615 nude mice (615/PBInu) grown on the domestic wall and have now transmitted for 7 generations. Since the fifth generation, the success rate of transplantation was 100%. The tumor mass formed a large tumor mass after subcutaneous transplantation in nude mice, and the tumor growth had three phases: incubation period, proliferative phase and stable phase. Proliferative tumor volume was multiplied by 1.6 days. The tumor-bearing nude mice survived for a maximum of 81 days and a minimum of 29 days. Pathological examination: The tumor tissue was composed of closely packed tumor cells, resembling lymphosarcoma; the interstitial blood vessels were not abundant; the neoplastic cells in the center of the tumor were necrotic; the axillary lymph nodes were metastasized to the tumor side. Electron microscopy showed that the nucleolus of the tumor cells were very large, and the nuclear pockets and nuclei were more common; most of the virus-like particles were seen in the gaps between the tumor cells. The diameter was about 123 nm. There was a coat outside, and the inner layer was coated with a virus shell and an electron-dense nucleus. Virus coating and tumor
