针对一种无缝钢管步进梁式加热炉自控系统的升级改造,因新旧设备之间通信协议难以统一的问题,通过采用多级网络控制的方式来构成监控系统。文中详细介绍了Modbus、Profibus-DP、Profinet及工业以太网在监控系统的应用,实现了对步进梁式加热炉快速、稳定、精确的监控。同时,由于系统中温度采点多、数据处理量大、实时性要求高等因素,故将独立的FM355C闭环控制模块应用到炉温的控制当中,提高了整个系统的安全稳定性。
Aiming at the upgrade of a self-control system for a walking beam furnace of seamless steel pipe, the communication protocol between the old and the new equipment is difficult to be unified. The multi-level network control method is adopted to form the monitoring system. The paper introduced the application of Modbus, Profibus-DP, Profinet and Industrial Ethernet in the monitoring system in detail, and realized the fast, stable and accurate monitoring of walking beam furnace. At the same time, due to the temperature of the system to adopt a large number of data processing capacity, real-time requirements of higher factors, so the independent FM355C closed-loop control module is applied to the control of the furnace temperature, improve the safety and stability of the entire system.
