本文利用辣根过氧化物酶作为生理pH条件下PMN-鲁米诺化学发光催化系统。借以提高测定活细胞发光灵敏度。选用不同自由基清除剂对爆发反应中活性氧的生成影响进行了初步探讨。超氧化物歧化酶对细胞发光抑制较过氧化氢酶显著,Con A诱导的发光亦较其他刺激物为低,提示超氧化物阴离子系细胞爆发反应中含量水平较高,且对发光影响较大的活性氧。
