作者研究了国产石斛属22个种和6个杂交种的染色体,其中6个特有种及所有杂交种的染色体数目为首次报道。除部分种类外,其余各种的染色体数目与前人报道基本一致。 石斛属染色体的基数为x=19或20,并常发现有多倍体。但在斛斜的组(Section)间或种间,二倍体与多倍体的种类,其染色体的数目与花的大小之间并未表现出相关,但与植株的长势相关。
The authors studied the chromosomes of 22 species and 6 hybrids of Dendrobium species in China. The chromosome numbers of 6 endemic species and all the hybrids were reported for the first time. Except for some species, the rest of the chromosomes are basically consistent with previous reports. Dendrobium chromosome base x = 19 or 20, and often found polyploid. However, there was no correlation between the number of diploids and polyploidy in Section or between species, the number of chromosomes and the size of flowers, but it was related to the growth of plants.
