孙吉茂大学毕业后一直在机关工作,但是不安于现状的他一直想做属于自己的事业。2000年孙吉茂在中科院进修心理专业,在进修期间他发现中科院有一套通过提高中小学生学习能力达到提高学习成绩的教研成果。该项目选用的培训流程,主要是针对提高学生的注意力、记忆力、思维能力,并培养学生养成良好的学习习惯和学习兴趣,提高学生的自信心,解决了目前家教所不能解决的问题,让学生从被动学习变为主动学习,可帮助学生全面迅速地掌握各科知识要点,巩固课堂所学,不断增加学生的学习兴趣,从而达到提高学习成绩的目的。这套教研成果具有很强的操作性和
