高速公路的通行能力是普通公路的5~10倍,事故率则仅为普通公路的1/5~1/10;不仅节约运营成本30%以上,其允许通过的最大车流量也使高速公路大大缩减了收回投资的时间。不过,要使高速公路真正实现其最大的效益并不简单,将投资、建设、管理、开发等诸多课题综合起来是一道需要仔细求解的产业化“方程”。去年,山东省的高速公路里程已经突破了3000公里,现在,让我们关注他们围绕物流在推进高速公路产业化方面所做的一些有益探索。
