研究了Nb微合金化对高碳钢线材组织和性能的影响。结果表明:高碳钢中添加Nb后优化了材料的组织结构,一个奥氏体晶粒内部被分成若干个不同取向的索氏体团,索氏体团得到细化,索氏体团大小平均在10μm左右,组织均匀性提高;片层间距减小,从150nm减少到120nm。同时,Nb的加入使得高碳钢线材的强度和塑性均得到提高,强度提高25MPa,面缩率提高4%,断丝率明显降低,满足了用户的使用要求。
The effect of Nb microalloying on the microstructure and properties of high carbon steel wire was studied. The results show that the structure of the material is optimized after the addition of Nb in high carbon steel. One austenite grain is divided into several different sorbite groups with different orientations. The sorbite is refined and the sorbite size is average At about 10 μm, the uniformity of the structure is improved; the lamellar spacing is reduced from 150 nm to 120 nm. At the same time, the addition of Nb makes the strength and plasticity of high carbon steel wire increased, the strength increased by 25MPa, the reduction of surface area increased by 4%, the breaking rate decreased obviously, which satisfied the user’s requirements.
