以人脐静脉内皮细胞(Human umbilical vein endothelial cell, HUVEC)培养的方法,探讨了冠心舒和低分子右旋糖酐抗氧自由基和多聚阳离子致HUVEC损伤的作用。结果表明,冠心舒可对抗氧自由基和多聚阳离子对HUVEC的损伤;低分子右旋糖酐只能对抗氧自由基对HUVEC的损伤,而不能对抗多聚阳离子的损伤作用。
To investigate the effects of Guanxin Shu and low molecular weight dextran on the injury of HUVEC induced by oxygen free radicals and polycations using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). The results showed that Guanxin Shu could resist the damage of HUVEC by oxygen free radical and polycation. Low molecular dextran could only resist the damage of HUVEC by oxygen free radicals but not the polycation damage.
