多年来,在农村现有的环境和条件下,我们积极研究、探索、实施促进农村小学教师专业成长的多元化策略,坚持走农村小学内涵发展的道路。在培养教师专业成长的过程中,我们努力为教师搞好服务,积极为教师的专业成长营造良好氛围,创造有利条件;在内容、方法、措施、途径与机制上采取了多元化有效策略,有力促进了教师专业化成长,也从而保证了教育教学质量的提高。
