我国煤炭资源相对丰富,目前每年煤炭产量13亿吨。但历年堆积的煤矸石已达30亿吨,占用土地1.1亿立方米,并且每年以一亿多吨增长,开发利用煤矸石不仅具有环境意义而且能取得较好的社会和经济效益。煤矸石中铝的提取具有较高的经济价值和社会意义〔1〕〔2〕。本文研究了以碱式方法浸取煤矸石中铝的方法以及影响因素,通过对该工艺(煤矸石——石灰石——纯碱)烧结过程固相反应历程的分析和研究,揭示了烧结过程的反应特点,并讨论了烧结温度和烧结时间对氧化铝提取率的影响。实验表明:在1040℃加热时间80分钟下,对煤矸石中氧化铝的提取率可以达到83.8%。
China’s coal resources are relatively rich, the current annual output of 1.3 billion tons of coal. However, the accumulated gangue over the years has reached 3 billion tons, occupying 110 million cubic meters of land and growing more than 100 million tons annually. The development and utilization of coal gangue not only have environmental significance but also achieve better social and economic benefits. Coal gangue extraction of aluminum has a high economic value and social significance 〔1〕 〔2〕. In this paper, the basic method of leaching coal gangue aluminum and its influencing factors, through the process (coal gangue - limestone - soda ash) sintering process solid phase reaction analysis and research revealed the reaction of the sintering process The effects of sintering temperature and sintering time on the extraction rate of alumina were also discussed. Experiments show that: at 1040 ℃ heating time of 80 minutes, the extraction of alumina in coal gangue can reach 83.8%.
