目的:采用正交设计优选玄参总黄酮提取工艺。方法:选择乙醇浓度,回流温度,料液比和回流时间4个影响因素,每个因素取三个水平,采用L_9(3~4)正交实验设计,以芦丁作为考察指标,优选玄参总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:根据因素的显著性影响,优选出总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:25倍药材量的50%乙醇溶液,60℃水浴,回流提取2.5h。结论:此法简单易行,可提高玄参总黄酮的提取率。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from Scrophulariaceae with orthogonal design. Methods: Four influencing factors including ethanol concentration, reflux temperature, solid-to-liquid ratio and reflux time were selected. Three factors were selected for each factor. L_9 (3-4) orthogonal design was used. Total flavonoids extraction process. Results: According to the significant influence of the factors, the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids were as follows: 50% ethanol solution of 25 times medicinal materials, water bath at 60 ℃ and reflux for 2.5h. Conclusion: This method is simple and can increase the extraction rate of total flavonoids of figwort.
