轮状病毒是新生儿病毒性腹泻最常见的病原,国外曾报导约占30-80％,国内报导占40～80%,目前尚无特殊药物治疗。我院自1998年1月至1999年12月收治新生儿轮状病毒腹泻共68例。其中33例应用抗氧化剂辅助治疗取得较好疗效。现报告如下。
Rotavirus is the most common causative agent of neonatal viral diarrhea. About 30-80% have been reported in foreign countries and 40-80% in domestic reports. There are no special drug treatments. Our hospital from January 1998 to December 1999, a total of 68 cases of neonatal rotavirus diarrhea. Among them, 33 cases received anti-oxidant adjuvant therapy to obtain better curative effect.
