看了《砖瓦》1998年第5期刊登的“挤泥机结构浅议”一文之后,觉得该文对挤泥机的结构谈了不少有益的看法,很有参考价值.该文中谈及气动离合器扭矩的选取时,通过一系列计算,证明某种配用90kw四极电机的JZK45O型真空挤泥机,额定输出扭矩为24528.54N·m,而气动离合器额定扭矩只有59O0N·m,相差四倍以上,因而造成气动离合器严重打滑,发出吱吱的尖叫声.我们认为,这一论述似有不妥之处.本文想就气动离合器额定扭矩的选取和气动离合器工作时发生打滑的主要原因,谈一点粗浅的看法.如有不当,尚希指正.
