唐家山堰塞湖水文应急测报受余震、地理环境及施工影响很大,时间要求紧、安全隐患多,风险极大,常规手段根本无法完成。介绍了电波流速仪、免棱镜激光全站仪、数值降雨预报技术、数字流域模型、宽带无线视频等新仪器新技术,在唐家山堰塞湖水文应急测报中的具体应用。新仪器、新技术的充分应用,丰富了常规水文测报的技术手段,开展的水文情报预报工作,为唐家山堰塞湖工程排险、避险提供了决策依据。
Tangjiashan barrier Lake hydrological emergency reporting by the aftershocks, geographical environment and construction of a great impact on the tight time requirements, security risks and more risky, conventional means simply can not be completed. This paper introduces the application of new instruments such as radio-current meter, prism-free total station, numerical rainfall forecasting technique, digital basin model and broadband wireless video and other new instruments in hydrological emergency detection of Tangjiashan barrier lake. The full application of new instruments and new technologies has enriched the technical means of conventional hydrological surveying and reporting and carried out hydrological information forecasting work, which has provided the basis for decision-making on risk prevention and hedging of the Tangjiashan dammed lake project.
