目的评价松树树皮经过高压低温专利提取技术提取的提取物作为保健食品开发利用的安全性。方法依据食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法进行大、小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果大、小鼠经口MTD>5 g/kg·bw,属实际无毒级;骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验和Ames试验、结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验对大鼠体重、增重、进食量、食物利用率、脏器系数及血常规、血生化等各项指标均未见不良影响。病理组织学观察,肝、脾、肾、胃、十二指肠、睾丸、卵巢均未见明显与摄入样品有关的组织学病理改变。结论在本试验条件下,松树树皮提取物符合食品安全性毒理学评价标准对保健食品的要求,作为保健食品有进一步开发利用的价值。
Objective To evaluate the safety of pine tree bark extracts extracted by high pressure and low temperature patented extraction technology as health food. Histopathological observation, liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, duodenum, testis, ovaries were not significantly associated with the intake of samples of histological changes. Conclusion Under the test conditions, the pine bark extract meets the requirements of the food safety toxicology evaluation standard for health food and has the value of further development and utilization as a health food.
