为了满足籽棉喂花机液压控制系统大负载、均匀调速、正反向等速运动等工作要求,研究设计了一种复合式液压缸,与双作用单、双活塞杆液压缸比较,复合式液压缸能够产生更大的作用力,能够实现正反两个方向速度相等且可控,通过在生产中使用,该液压缸满足了喂花机连续、均匀、高效喂花的工作要求。
In order to meet the requirements of heavy load, uniform speed control and constant forward and reverse isokinetic motion of seed control system of seed cotton feeding machine, a compound hydraulic cylinder was studied and designed. Compared with double acting single and double rod hydraulic cylinder, Hydraulic cylinder to produce greater force, to achieve the pros and cons of the same speed and controllable, through the use of production, the hydraulic cylinder to meet the feeding machine continuous, uniform, efficient feeding requirements of the work.
