采用大鼠佝偻病模型,以骨组织体视学、X 线诊断和血钙浓度观察在不加维生素 D 状况下,服用改革炮制方法后的牡蛎合剂(OSM,含牡蛎、黄芪、太子参和陈皮)的疗效。实验表明,OSM 治疗组的自身前后比较及与实验对照组相比较,各项指标均有显著性差异。血钙浓度经治疗后 OSM 组与空白对照组相同,雌雄间的差别均有统计学意义,而余各组则不但雌雄间差别无统计学意义,且由于低钙并发症造成大鼠死亡。因此认为,OSM 不但富含天然钙,配伍后的健脾补肾作用使其更具有高度的生物活性。
