目标管理是以泰罗的科学管理学说和梅奥的行为科学理论为基础而形成的一套管理制度,是提高工作效率和效果的一种民主的科学的管理方法。我所血防工作在实行岗位责任制和质量控制的基础上,近年来实行了目标管理,从宏观控制的角度,以目标为中心统筹安排工作,提高管理人员的责任感,激发职工的积极性,扭转血防工作的被动局面。一、做法我们实行目标管理是按照确定目标、分解落实目标、目标控制和目标考评四个步骤来进行的。
