为了进一步探讨慢性疲劳综合征的发生机制 ,在应用复合应激因素研制“慢性疲劳”模型动物的基础上 ,对模型动物血浆及脑组织中单胺类物质含量进行了检测 ,并观察了以补气理气、调理肝脾为组方原则的中药复方消疲怡神口服液对该类物质的调节作用。研究结果显示 ,模型动物出现了血及脑组织中单胺类物质含量的变化 ,这些变化可能是“慢性疲劳”发生的病理机制之一。消疲怡神口服液可能通过改善这些单胺类物质含量的变化 ,缓解“慢性疲劳”大鼠躯体及心理的应激状态 ,从而促进疲劳状态的恢复。
In order to further explore the mechanism of chronic fatigue syndrome, based on the application of complex stress factors in the development of “chronic fatigue” model animals, the content of monoamines in plasma and brain tissue of model animals was tested and observed to supplement Qi, Qi, conditioning liver and spleen as the principle of the traditional Chinese compound prescription Xiaoyi Yishen oral liquid regulating the role of these substances. The results of the study showed that there were changes in monoamines content in blood and brain tissues in model animals. These changes may be one of the pathological mechanisms of “chronic fatigue”. Xiayiyishen oral liquid may relieve the fatigue state of rats with “chronic fatigue” by improving the content of these monoamines, thus promoting the recovery of fatigue.
