目的建立HPLC法测定人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量。方法采用依利特C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长318nm,柱温为30℃。结果甲硝唑在0.025~0.150mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.67%,RSD为0.33%。结论该方法准确、可靠,与标准法比较,结果较为满意,可用于人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole in artificial bezoar metronidazole capsules. Methods Eighteen C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol - water (20:80). The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 318 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Metronidazole showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) at a concentration range of 0.025-0.150 mg / ml with an average recovery of 100.67% (n = 6) and a RSD of 0.33%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, and compared with the standard method, the results are satisfactory and can be used for the determination of metronidazole in artificial bezoar metronidazole capsules.
