笔者喜爱收集集邮报刊,但将目标限定在省级以上:一是因为财力关系,二是认为省级以下的大都质量平平。但2003年各地邮友给笔者寄来了一些报刊,使笔者接触到了一些基层邮协会刊,发现有些基层会刊不但办得不错,而且用铜版纸彩色精印的逐渐增多。现仅就手中的介绍一些。2003年9月30日和10月18日,宁波市先后两次举办《图书艺术》和《梁祝》邮票首发式,为此,宁波市邮协会刊《宁波集邮》在天一阁博物馆和梁祝文化公园的赞助下,接连出了两期专刊,均用铜版纸彩色印刷,在首发日推出,为首发式增光添彩,使《宁波集邮》上了一个台阶。江西南昌市集邮协会会报《南昌邮苑》,2003年已出四期外加一期特刊号,都是彩报,不但印刷精美,内容也很精彩。更为可贵的是,它自2002年10月18日创刊起就使用 I like to collect stamps and newspapers, but the target is limited to above the provincial level: First, because of financial resources, and second, that the majority of provincial-level quality below average.
