已知某些细胞毒制剂可致轻度发热反应,但少有危及生命的高热。本文报道2例由常用的细胞毒类药物所引起的高热反应,1例为恶性淋巴瘸肌肉注射博莱霉素5mg 后2小时,体温升高达42.5℃,伴有休克昏迷。经各种积极治疗无效,于24小时后死于弥漫性毛细血管内凝血。例2为急性粒细胞白血病静脉注射柔毛霉素70mg 后2小时,高热达42℃,血压下降、昏迷。经积极治疗2小时后体温降到正常,神志恢复。 Some cytotoxic agents are known to cause a mild fever response, but few have life-threatening fever.
