实训教学是职业学校教学工作中的重要组成部分,在实训教学中如何与职业和岗位对接,如何培养具有一定技能的高素质劳动者,是教师在实训教学中应当注重的问题。河南省经济管理学校在汽车实训教学中引入5S管理,取得了一定的教学效果。
Practical training is an important part of teaching in vocational schools. How to connect with job and position in practical teaching and how to cultivate high-quality laborers with certain skills are the problems that teachers should pay attention to in practice teaching. Henan Province Economic Management School introduced 5S management in automotive practice teaching and achieved certain teaching effects.
