劳动需求弹性刻画劳动市场稳定性与就业风险,研究全球化对劳动需求弹性的影响具有普遍、广泛的意义。理论上,全球化主要通过替代效应和规模效应影响劳动需求弹性,进口、出口、外包以及外商直接投资均会改变劳动需求弹性。但是对于两者关系的实证检验,目前却没有得出确切的结论。本文对有关文献进行了梳理并作了评述。 The elasticity of labor demand characterizes the stability of the labor market and employment risks. It is of universal and extensive significance to study the impact of globalization on labor demand elasticity. Theoretically, globalization affects labor demand elasticity mainly through substitution effects and economies of scale. Imports, exports, outsourcing and foreign direct investment all change labor demand elasticity. However, for the empirical test of the relationship between the two, at present there is no conclusive conclusion. This paper reviews and comments on the relevant literature.
