面对我国社会工作人才培养过程中过于注重规模扩张;实务类课程无法满足多种服务需求;课程体系中的教学、服务等关系失衡问题,建议应积极构建以服务需求为导向的社会工作人才培养模式,在培养目标中凸显社会服务观念,在培养体系中强调服务类的课程建设,在培养过程中加强与服务机构的联系合作,在培养机制中加强对服务的评价与管理。
