薄板坯连铸连轧技术在近十年来得到了飞速的发展,大约85%以上的热轧产品可以用薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产。本文从经济合理性、冷轧产品的冲压性及表面质量等各方面对其作为冷轧原料进行了探讨。国内的生产实践表明,薄板坯连铸连轧热轧钢卷作为冷轧原料产品档次不高,常规热连轧生产的热轧钢卷仍为冷轧原料的最佳选择。 Thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology in the past decade has been rapid development, about 85% of the hot-rolled products can be thin slab casting and rolling process. This article from the economic rationality, cold-rolled product of the punching and surface quality aspects of its as cold-rolled raw materials were discussed. The domestic production practice shows that the hot rolled coil produced by the thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling is not high grade as the cold rolled raw material, and the hot rolled coil produced by the conventional hot continuous rolling is still the best choice for the cold rolled raw material.
