The effects of exogenous NO on the physiological characteristics of wax gourd seedlings under 20% PEG-6000 osmotic stress were studied using 0.1-0.5 mmol / L LSNP treatment. The results showed that 0.1 mmol / L LSNP could significantly alleviate the stress injury of 20% PEG-6000 Compared with 0.1 mmol / LSNP treatment, the MDA content in leaf decreased by 62.65%, the relative conductivity decreased by 28.09%, the Pro content increased by 14.35%, and the activities of POD, CAT and SOD increased by 1.46 times, 41.34% and 14.01% The effect of LSNP treatment on mitigating the oxidative damage of leaves and increasing the activity of protective enzymes was significantly or significantly reduced, and the activities of POD and SOD were inhibited by 0.5 mmol / L LSNP.
