为了解决极近距离煤层下位巷道围岩维护的难题,以山西蒲县北峪煤矿工程地质条件为背景,通过数值计算研究了极近距离上位煤层采空区下底板岩层的应力分布规律及下位煤层巷道变形破坏特征,确定了下位巷道顶板控制原则,并对不同顶板控制方式进行了现场测试;在此基础上,提出了基于水力膨胀锚杆全长锚固和顶板超前插管法的三维联合控顶技术,并依据力学计算和现场测试结果确定了关键参数。工业性试验表明,研究开发的控制技术对极近距离煤层下位巷道围岩的控制作用显著,巷道整体维护状况良好,给类似条件下的巷道围岩控制提供了有益的参考。
