呼吸道合胞病毒是引起儿童急性肺炎、支气管炎、哮喘等疾病的主要病原体。目前国内外仍没有安全有效的预防性疫苗。呼吸道合胞病毒感染引起相关细胞因子异常表达可能是导致呼吸道病理性损伤的主要原因,G黏附蛋白和F糖蛋白是疫苗研究的常用抗原,在诱导细胞因子分泌、调节宿主免疫应答、促使病毒逃逸免疫系统等免疫机理方面有重要作用。本文对RSV G和F蛋白诱导产生细胞因子及相关免疫应答调节机理研究进展做一简要综述。
Respiratory syncytial virus is caused by children with acute pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma and other diseases of the main pathogens. At present, there is no safe and effective preventive vaccine at home and abroad. Abnormal expression of related cytokines caused by respiratory syncytial virus infection may be the main cause of pathological injury of respiratory tract. G-adherent protein and F glycoprotein are common antigens in vaccine research, which induce cytokine secretion, regulate host immune response and promote virus escape Immune system and other immune mechanisms have an important role. This review summarizes the advances in the mechanisms by which RSV G and F proteins induce the production of cytokines and their related immune responses.
