为探究隧道管片在地层作用下承受的内力,分别采用解析法和有限元方法对盾构隧道管片的内力分布特性进行了模拟分析,并且对两种计算方法得到的混凝土管片内力分布特性进行了比较分析.计算结果表明:有限元方法得到的管片内力分布与解析方法得到的结果相同,但在最危险的位置有限元法得出的结果偏大30%.根据有限元模拟分析得到的最大弯矩和最大轴力以及混凝土结构设计规范,完成了盾构隧道管片配筋设计.
In order to explore the internal forces of tunnel segments under the action of strata, the internal force distribution characteristics of shield tunnel segments were analyzed by analytic method and finite element method respectively. And the internal force distribution characteristics of the concrete segments obtained by the two methods were analyzed. The results show that the finite element method obtains the same result of internal force distribution and analytical method, but the result of finite element method is 30% larger in the most dangerous position.According to the finite element analysis The maximum bending moment and the maximum axial force as well as the concrete structure design code, completes the shield tunnel segment reinforcement design.
