本研究观察粒-巨细胞集落刺激因子（GM－CSF）对胃腺癌TIL增殖及体外杀瘤活性的影响。结果发现，单独GM－CSF刺激不诱导TIL增殖扩增，而在400U／ml的IL－2培养条件下，各剂量GM－CSF均可促进TIL增殖，其中，100μg／mlGM－CSF协同IL－2促增殖效应显著。体外杀瘤活性试验（MTT法）证实100ug／mlGM－CSF协同IL－2诱导TIL细胞增强了其杀瘤活性，无论是对同种异体细胞，亦或是自体肿瘤细胞。本文探讨了GM－CSF促TIL增殖及增强杀瘤活性的可能机制。
This study was to observe the effect of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) on the proliferation and in vitro killing activity of gastric adenocarcinoma TIL. The results showed that stimulation with GM-CSF alone did not induce proliferation of TIL, but under the condition of 400 U/ml IL-2 culture, each dose of GM-CSF could promote TIL proliferation. Among them, 100 μg/ml GM-CSF cooperated with IL-2. Promote proliferation effect is significant. In vitro tumoricidal activity test (MTT method) confirmed that 100ug/ml GM-CSF synergized with IL-2 to induce TIL cells to enhance its tumoricidal activity, whether it is to allogeneic cells, or autologous tumor cells. This article explored the possible mechanisms of GM-CSF promoting TIL proliferation and enhancing tumoricidal activity.
