采用薄层一荧光法测定丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。使用硅胶G薄板,展开剂为苯一醋酸乙酯(9:1)。激发波长为335nm,发射波长为400nm,在10-6,10-7,10-8g/ml3个数量级均呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.7%。
Determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae by TLC-fluorescence method. Using silica gel G plate, developing agent is benzene ethyl acetate (9: 1). The excitation wavelength was 335 nm and the emission wavelength was 400 nm. There was a good linear relationship between the three orders of magnitude of 10-6, 10-7 and 10-8 g / ml with the recovery of 98.7%.
