本文介绍了以 ＡＤＳＰ２１０２０数字信号处理器的主要特点及以它为核心构成的微机主从式电视跟踪器的设计方法及硬件结构框图、软件流程．该系统可用于人控系统中的实时动目标跟踪，也可以用于其它的实时跟踪应用领域．
This article describes the main features of ADSP21020 digital signal processor and it as the core composition of the master-slave TV tracker design method and hardware block diagram, software flow. This system can be used for real-time moving target tracking in human-controlled system and also for other real-time tracking applications.
