分别从马氏珠母贝两个全同胞家系(A和B)选取亲本,按照因子设计构建如下4个家系:1号家系,A1♀×A2♂;2号家系,A1♀×B1♂;3号家系,B2♀×A2♂;4号家系,B1♀×B2♂。利用本实验室开发的13对SSR引物检测了4个家系的遗传多样性指标与遗传分化。结果表明1号、2号、3号和4号家系的平均观察杂合度分别为0.506 4、0.560 9、0.569 2和0.506 4。4个家系的遗传分化系数(Fst)为0.104 9。本研究结果表明,经过一代全同胞交配后,近交家系遗传多样性指标低于杂交家系。
The parents were selected from two full-sib families (A and B), respectively, and the following four families were designed according to the factors: Family 1, A1♀ × A2♂; Family 2, A1♀ × B1♂; 3 No. family, B2 ♀ × A2 ♂; 4 family, B1 ♀ × B2 ♂. Thirteen pairs of SSR primers developed in our laboratory were used to detect the genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of four families. The results showed that the average observed heterozygosities of families 1, 2, 3 and 4 were 0.506 4, 0.560 9, 0.569 2 and 0.506, respectively. The genetic differentiation coefficient (Fst) of 4.4 lines was 0.104 9. The results of this study show that, after a generation of all siblings mating, inbred lines of genetic diversity indicators lower than the hybrid lineage.
