目的:优化马比木根中喜树碱提取液浓缩时使用的稳定剂。方法:采用单因素试验考察喜树碱提取液浓缩时的稳定剂种类、稳定剂浓度和浓缩温度对喜树碱含量的影响。结果:最佳浓缩条件为:加0.5%稳定剂硫酸亚铁,浓缩温度80℃。在此条件下浓缩,喜树碱相对于提取液收率为94.58%。结论:优选的最佳浓缩条件高效、简便地解决了提取液浓缩过程中喜树碱含量大幅降低的问题,有利于喜树碱的工业化提取。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the stabilizers used in the concentration of camptothecin extract in mrubbery roots. Methods: Single factor test was used to investigate the effects of different types of stabilizer, concentration of stabilizer and concentration temperature on the content of camptothecin in camptothecin extract. Results: The optimal concentration conditions were as follows: 0.5% stabilizer ferrous sulfate was added and the temperature was 80 ℃. Concentration in this condition, camptothecin relative to the yield of the extract was 94.58%. CONCLUSION: The optimal conditions for the optimal enrichment are simple and efficient, and the camptothecin content in the extract can be reduced drastically, which is in favor of the industrial extraction of camptothecin.
