目的:探讨复发性自然流产与染色体异常的关系。方法:对130对复发性自然流产夫妇,采用外周血淋巴细胞培养及G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果:260例复发性自然流产夫妇中,染色体异常26例,异常率为10.00%,其中染色体平衡易位4例,占15.40%;罗伯逊易位2例,占7.7%;倒位7例,占26.90%;多态性变异12例,占46.20%。男方染色体异常18例,女方异常8例。结论:染色体异常是导致自然流产的重要原因之一,对此类患者进行细胞遗传学检查对临床诊断和治疗非常重要。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and chromosomal abnormalities. Methods: 130 pairs of recurrent spontaneous abortion couples, using peripheral blood lymphocyte culture and G banding chromosome karyotype analysis. Results: In 260 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion, there were 26 cases of chromosomal abnormalities with an abnormal rate of 10.00%, of which 4 cases accounted for 15.40%, Robertson translocation in 2 cases (7.7%) and inversion in 7 cases 26.90%; polymorphism variation in 12 cases, accounting for 46.20%. Male chromosome abnormalities in 18 cases, 8 cases of abnormal woman. Conclusion: Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the most important causes of spontaneous abortion. Cytogenetic tests of these patients are very important for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
