目的了解重庆主城区和渝东北某区社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置现状,比较两地人力资源配置的差异,提出优化渝东北该区社区卫生服务人力资源配置的建议。方法采用自填式问卷方式对重庆主城区和渝东北某区共16个社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置现状进行普查。结果每个社区卫生服务中心平均拥有的卫生技术人员数、临床(助理)医师数、公卫(助理)医师数、护士数等方面,渝东北该区均低于重庆主城区;两地社区卫生服务中心人力资源性别构成的地区间差异无统计学意义,年龄构成、学历构成、职称构成的地区间差异有统计学意义。结论渝东北该区社区卫生服务中心人力配备总量不及重庆主城区,年龄分布不如重庆主城区合理,社区卫生服务人员素质低于重庆主城区,应加强渝东北该区社区人才队伍建设,促进社区卫生服务的可持续发展。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources allocation in community health service center in a district of Chongqing and a district in northeast Chongqing and to compare the differences in the allocation of manpower resources between the two places and to put forward suggestions on optimizing the allocation of human resources in community health service in this area. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was used to survey the distribution of human resources in 16 community health service centers in Chongqing’s main urban area and northeast Chongqing. Results The average number of health technicians, clinical (assistant) physicians, public health (assistant) physicians and nurses in each community health service center were lower than those in Chongqing’s main urban area in Chongqing’s northeastern region. Community hygiene There was no significant difference in the gender composition of service center between different regions. There were significant differences among regions with different ages, qualifications and titles. Conclusion The total manpower of community health service center in this area of Chongqing is less than that of the main urban area in Chongqing. The distribution of age is not as good as that of the main urban area in Chongqing. The quality of community health service personnel is lower than that of the main urban area in Chongqing. The construction of community talents in this area should be strengthened, Sustainable development of health services.
