目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子TNFα-1031T/C基因多态性与Graves病的关系。方法运用多聚酶链反应技术检测60例Graves病及119例正常人肿瘤坏死因子TNFα-1031T/C基因多态性。结果Graves病组肿瘤坏死因子TNFα-1031C/C、T/C、T/T表型频率分别为:0.016 7、0.366 7、0.616 7,对照组分别为0.008 4、0.411 7、0.579 9;Graves病组TNFα-1031 T、TNFα-1031C基因频率分别为:0.800 0、0.200 0,对照组分别为:0.785 7、0.214 3;TNFα-1031 T/C各种基因型频率在Graves病组与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤坏死因子TNFα-1031 T/C基因多态性与Graves病无明显相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the TNFα-1031T / C gene polymorphism and Graves’ disease. Methods The polymorphisms of TNFα-1031T / C gene in 60 patients with Graves’ disease and 119 normal individuals were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results The frequencies of TNFα-1031C / C, T / C and T / T phenotypes in Graves disease group were 0.016 7,0.366 7,0.616 7 respectively, while those in control group were 0.008 4,0.411 7,0.579 9 respectively. Graves’ disease The frequencies of TNFα-1031 T and TNFα-1031C were 0.800 0,0.200 0 in control group and 0.785 7,0.214 3 in control group respectively. The frequencies of TNFα-1031 T / C genotypes in Graves’ disease group and normal control group The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Tumor necrosis factor-α TNFα-1031 T / C gene polymorphism has no significant correlation with Graves disease.
