工业用彩色录象机中的下鼓体(如图1)是该机的关键零件。下鼓体的形状复杂,特别是螺旋型面的精度和光洁度的要求很高。为了解决它的加工问题,我厂自行设计研制了液压程控仿形车床,为下鼓体的加工提供了高效的专用装备。仿形车床简介如下: 一、工作原理下鼓体的主要加工难点在于外圆上由正反半周螺旋线所围成的螺旋型面。根据零件结构特点,液压程控仿形车床采用了接触式机械仿形的原理,并配以液压程控进给方式,实现了对型面的半自动加工。图2为它的结构图。当主轴带动工作凸轮靠模及工件同步回转后,便可通过靠模滚轮驱动整个仿形系统作往复的仿形运动,这样刀具便可在工件上车制出所要求的螺旋线。同时,轴向进给拖板又可带动刀具系统作相对仿形运动以外的轴向进给,φ110_(-0.005)~0外圆也就被车出来了。

When the main shaft drives the working cam to rotate synchronously with the workpiece, the entire copying system can be driven by the cam rollers to reciprocate the copying motion, so that the tool can make the required spiral on the workpiece. At the same time, the axial feed carriage can drive the cutter system to do axial feed other than copying, and the outer diameter of φ110 _ (- 0.005) ~ 0 is also out of the car.
