肾间质纤维化几乎是所有肾脏疾病进展到终未期肾功能衰竭的共同病理途径,近年研究表明,肾小管上皮细胞向间充质细胞转分化(EMT)是肾间质纤维化发生发展的核心环节之一。转化生长因子(TGF)-β是促EMT作用最强的细胞因子,可以启动并完成整个EMT过程,是纤维化形成与发展的启动枢纽。因此,针对TGF-β可为肾间质纤维化的防治提供新的有效途径。现就该研究方向的新进展作一综述。
Renal interstitial fibrosis is a common pathological path of almost all kidney disease progression to end-stage renal failure. Recent studies have shown that renal tubular epithelial cells transdifferentiated to mesenchymal cells (EMT) are the development of renal interstitial fibrosis One of the core links. Transforming growth factor (TGF) -β is the most powerful cytokine promoting EMT, which can initiate and complete the whole process of EMT. It is the starting point for the formation and development of fibrosis. Therefore, targeting TGF-β may provide a new and effective approach for the prevention and treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis. Now the research direction of the new progress is reviewed.
