Driven by customer relationship management (CRM) and voice-related businesses, the value of the global business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is now as high as $ 150 billion. Although the assets of similar industries have been relatively slow in recent years, the industry is still expected to maintain steady growth in the medium term. By 2017, the industry’s CAGR is likely to reach 7%. Different from the past, non-voice service demand growth will become the dominant force in the development of the industry.
