文化诊断对于探查和摸准企业文化脉络,打造具有企业自身特色的企业文化体系至关重要,是企业文化建设不可忽略的起点。企业文化建设往往存在两个致命问题,一是企业家拍拍脑袋,凭空臆想出自己的企业文化;二是对于企业文化诊断方法缺乏了解,不知如何诊断。中国电力投资集团公司控股的子公司山东核电有限公司(简称“山核”)在建设海阳核电项目时,依据LAEA(国际原子能机构)核安全文化的指引,准确诊断并建立企业文化。这种做法值得同行值得借鉴。
Cultural diagnosis is very important for exploring and understanding the context of corporate culture and building an enterprise culture system with its own characteristics. It is a starting point for corporate culture construction that can not be neglected. There are often two deadly problems in the building of enterprise culture. One is that entrepreneurs pat their heads and imagined their corporate culture out of thin air. The other is that they lack understanding of corporate culture diagnostic methods and do not know how to diagnose them. Shandong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (“SNC”), a subsidiary controlled by China Power Investment Corporation, accurately diagnoses and establishes a corporate culture based on the guidance of the LAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) nuclear safety culture when building the Haiyang Nuclear Power Project. This approach is worth learning from peers.
