籼型水稻三系不育系广抗13A生产上对稻瘟病菌表现抗谱广、抗性强的特点,于2003年10月通过福建省科学技术成果鉴定。借助5个以CO39为遗传背景的近等基因系(鉴别品种)和1个普感品种丽江新团黑谷(LTH)组成的基因分析体系,对籼型水稻三系不育系广抗13A抗稻瘟病基因的组成进行鉴定分析。接菌试验选用4个致病性稳定的稻瘟病菌系Guy11、FJ2009-66、98013A和98099,并于苗期对不育系广抗13A与感病品种丽江新团黑谷杂交的F1、F2群体进行喷雾接种鉴定。抗病性遗传分析表明:不育系广抗13A对4个稻瘟病菌系的抗病性分别由1对显性基因控制。等位性测定结果表明:不育系广抗13A对菌系98013A的抗病基因与Pi-2基因呈不等位关系;对菌系Guy11的抗病基因与Pi-4b基因呈现连锁。根据抗病性反应不同,可知不育系广抗13A所携带的对菌系98013A和Guy11的抗病基因不是已知的Pi-1、Pi-4a和Pi-3基因,推断是2个新的抗稻瘟病基因。
The indica rice CMS line Guang-an 13A was characterized by broad spectrum resistance and strong resistance to Magnaporthe grisea, and passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of Fujian Province in October 2003. Genetic analysis of disease resistance showed that the resistance of CMS line 13A to four strains of Magnaporthe grisea was controlled by one pair of dominant genes respectively. The results of allelic assay showed that the resistant gene of the strain 98013A was not allelic to the Pi-2 gene. The resistance gene of Guy11 was linked to Pi-4b gene. Based on the different disease resistance responses, it is known that the resistance genes of strains 98013A and Guy11 carried by CMS 13A are not known Pi-1, Pi-4a and Pi-3 genes, which are inferred to be two new Blast resistance gene.
