磁共振成像是一种独特的非创性、具有优质空间分辨力的诊断方法,可清晰显示并分辨梗塞,缺血心肌和正常心肌,测定梗塞面积,局部运动失调,收缩期室壁增厚改变及心功能指标,并与左室造影,同位素显像及二维超声心动图相关性良好,也能显示心腔内附壁血栓,梗塞区及周围出血。近来用顺磁性造影剂后能改善信号/嗓声比,提高图象质量,磁共振波谱分析能测定心肌代谢,潜在的冠脉显像,多维成像能力使之有进一步发展的潜力。
