本文介绍了一种以平面热解石墨电极为工作电极,用于识别健康人白细胞及白血病病人白细胞的半微分伏安型生物传感器.工作时,使抽滤在微孔滤膜上的白细胞与平面热解石墨电极紧密接触,然后于磷酸缓冲生理盐水中进行半微分循环伏安扫描.以同一扫描速率下的氧化峰电位(E_P),不同扫描速率下氧化峰电位的差值(△E_P),滤膜上单位细胞数的氧化电流的半微分值(e_p/cells),以及还原扫描有无还原峰等作为该生物传感器系统识别正常与异常白细胞的重要指标.
In this paper, a kind of semi-differential voltammetric biosensor with planar pyrolytic graphite electrode as working electrode and used to identify white blood cells of leucocytes and leukemia patients was studied.When working, the leukocytes filtered on the microporous membrane and the plane The pyrolytic graphite electrodes were in close contact with each other and then subjected to semi-differential cyclic voltammetry in phosphate-buffered saline.The oxidation peak potentials (E_P) at the same scan rate, the difference in oxidation peak potentials (ΔE_P) at different scan rates, The half-value (e_p / cells) of the oxidation current per unit cell number on the filter and the reduction peak of the reduction scan are important indicators for the biosensor system to recognize normal and abnormal white blood cells.
