应用问卷调查方法对２３７名已婚育龄妇女的避孕状况及保健需求进行了分析。结果表明２３７对夫妇都 采取综合避孕措施，因避孕失败进行人工流产的妇女占３８．３９％，对知情选择最满意的女工为２８．２７％，要求获得避孕和 保健知识的女工达６３．１８％。通过多途径使育龄妇女掌握保健和避孕知识以及方便有效的避孕措施是降低避孕失败率 提高女性生殖健康的关键。
The questionnaire survey was used to analyze the contraceptive status and health care needs of 237 married women of childbearing age. The results showed that 237 couples took comprehensive contraceptive measures, 38.39% were induced abortion due to contraceptive failure, 28.27% were female workers most satisfied with informed choice, and 63.18 were female workers who required contraceptive and health care knowledge %. Through many ways to make women of childbearing age have the knowledge of health care and contraception and convenient and effective contraceptive measures are the key to reducing the failure rate of contraception and improving women’s reproductive health.
