通过Gleeble-3800热模拟机对高氮节镍型奥氏体钢进行热压缩试验。研究了该钢种的高温变形与应变速率以及温度的关系。并通过数学模型建立了本构方程和参数Z的表达式,应用数学方法计算出变形表观激活能,为823.31 k J/mol。
The hot compression test of high nitrogen nodular austenitic steel was carried out by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The relationship between high temperature deformation and strain rate and temperature of the steel was studied. The constitutive equation and the expression of parameter Z are established through mathematical model. The apparent activation energy of deformation is calculated by mathematical method, which is 823.31 kJ / mol.
