本研究用火舌癌裸小鼠原位移植模型探讨OK-432对5一氟尿嘧啶和平阳霉素抗舌癌效应的影响,以寻找提高舌癌化疗效应的有效途经。荷瘤棵小鼠被随机分成对照组和实验组。结果表明:单用OK-432组,其抗癌效应无显著意义(P>005);与OK-432联用组抑瘤率和生命延长率均明显高于单用化疗组。提示:OK-432皮内注射可显著增强5-氟尿嘧啶和平阳霉素的抗瘤效应,明显改善症状,延长生存期。该方案值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of OK-432 on the tongue-cancer effect induced by 5-fluorouracil and pingyangmycin in nude mice model of Exogenous Flame Tumors to find an effective way to improve the chemotherapeutic effect of tongue cancer. Tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The results showed that OK-432 alone had no significant anticancer effect (P> 005). Compared with OK-432 alone, the inhibition rate and life extension rate of OK-432 group were significantly higher than those of chemotherapy alone group. Tip: OK-432 intradermal injection can significantly enhance the 5-fluorouracil and pingyangmycin anti-tumor effect, significantly improve symptoms and prolong survival. The program deserves to be widely used in clinical practice.
