Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of critically ill patients with acute renal injury. Methods: From July 2014 to July 2016, 80 patients with critically ill acute kidney injury in our hospital were selected as study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into routine group (n = 40) and decontamination group (n = 40) ). The patients in routine group were treated routinely, and patients in purification group were treated with continuous blood purification. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was statistically compared. Results: The successful rate of 87.5% in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (52.5%, P <0.05). Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, and lactate levels were significantly lower in the purifying group than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of critically ill patients with acute renal injury is significant and can be widely used in clinical practice.
